Privacy Policy
Parkview MCP is an internal software integration operated by Parkview Pet Center in Doha, Qatar. This policy explains what it accesses and how that information is handled.
Who uses it
Parkview MCP is used only by Parkview Pet Center, by people Parkview Pet Center has authorized. It is not offered to the public or to any other business.
What it connects to
It connects only to Parkview Pet Center's own QuickBooks Online company. It does not connect to any other QuickBooks company.
What it accesses, and why
It accesses the accounting records in that company, such as the chart of accounts, transactions, customers, vendors, and financial reports, for Parkview Pet Center's internal financial reporting and bookkeeping. It reads these records and, when an authorized user directs it, may create or update them as part of bookkeeping.
How requests are processed
Authorized users work with Parkview MCP through the AI assistants Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT. When a user makes a request, the relevant accounting records are retrieved from QuickBooks and processed by the assistant handling that request. Parkview MCP is hosted on Cloudflare.
What is stored
The OAuth tokens that connect Parkview MCP to QuickBooks are encrypted at rest on Cloudflare. Apart from those tokens, Parkview MCP keeps only a minimal activity log, such as which tool ran, which record it touched, and when. It does not keep its own copy of the accounting records; it retrieves them from QuickBooks each time a request is made.
Sharing
Data is never sold. It is not shared with anyone beyond the processors named above: Anthropic and OpenAI, which process requests, and Cloudflare, which hosts the service.
Revoking access
Parkview Pet Center can revoke Parkview MCP's access at any time from the connected apps settings in QuickBooks Online. When Parkview MCP is disconnected, its stored tokens are deleted.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
